Electronic Referral Generator from Outlook - ERGO.

Not such a catchy title but Ergo (Latin - "therefore") will save fostering, adoption and other children's services a huge amount of time managing referrals from commissioners.

On the Click of a button Ergo will extract the details of a referral from an email and it will create a new record in CHARMS. Not only that but Ergo will also save any attachments against the child's record.

No more of that "Save Attachments", "Create Folder" and complete a referral form. Ergo will do it for you.
